Endlich ist sie eingetroffen – die lang erwartete neu abgemischte Doors Serie von Quality Pressing / Analogue Productions (Acoustic Sounds)
Darauf hat die Vinyl spielende Doors Fan-Gemeinde lang gewartet. Die Doors sind auf Vinyl erhältlich. Und dieses mal in aller bester Ton und Pressqualität.
Bis auf das Debut "The Doors", das von der best erhaltenen Masterband-Kopie neu gemaster wurde, ist die gesamte Serie von den originalen Lackfolien durch Doug Sax neu geschnitten. Ein wirklich authentisches Projekt, das den Doors nun endlich gerecht wird.
Das beste daran: Es handelt sich um eine reine Röhrenproduktion. Die ursprüngliche Aufnahme war seinerzeit in Röhrentechnik durch geführt worden, nun nahm man auch ein Röhrengerät zum Abspielen des Bandes sowie ein Röhrenbasierendes Schneidesystem.

Audiophile Klänge aus Norwegen
Ich möchte hiermit ein uns neues und bisher unbekanntes audiophiles Label vorstellen: 2L.
Wir hatten Gelegenheit, in die neuen Klassik Produktionen Trondheim Solistene I & II hinein zu hören und können beide Teile auch schon bei uns anbieten. Toningenieur Morten Lindberg, hier mit seinem Facebook Auftritt, hat dabei ganze Arbeit geleistet. 
Die Pressung ist perfekt, der Klang tief akzentuiert, detailreich und neutral stimmig. Eine absolute Ausnahme Produktion.

Apparently when this album was originally released in 1972, confused and bewildered fans, expecting more of the same found on Transa, released earlier that
year, returned the album to the shop, demanding a refund. Meanwhile, critics raved, and many now consider Araçá Azul, known as Veloso’s “experimental
album” to be one of his great creative moments. To be fair to his many fans, it was a stark departure from his previous releases, which were decidedly more pop, but Veloso had been through a lot recently, having just returned from political exile in the UK, so it is no wonder that the artist was feeling a bit like he needed to fly in the face of conformity. In Veloso’s own words, “I made this album without thinking, without taking the time to stop to think…” He refers to the album’s “insolent experimentalism” and calls it a kind of “last stand”.
